![]() ![]() Only 2 short, small internet outages lasting maybe only 30 minutes tops since. During this waiting period, every hour, on the hour I get a phone call from AT&T saying “everything looks good on our end, want to cancel the technician visit?”, to which I kept saying “no god damnit, I still don’t have the service I’m actively paying for.”ĭude comes, gets me set up in 10 minutes, and since then it’s been great. Technician will come in a period of “about a week”, unknown when they will actually arrive. I try calling every AT&T store in a 50 mile radius to see if they have the cable, none do. The cable to connect to the fiber connection is of course, proprietary. I have no cables, no way of hooking it up. ![]() ![]() Somehow, they send me the replacement hardware, as in your modem/router broke and you need to swap it out. 6 hours on the phone with AT&T I finally get someone to tell me that my hardware was not sent due to an “unknown error” caused a complete cancellation. I call him, leave a message, he calls me back same day. Was given phone number of “the guy” who manages my apartment complex’s AT&T package. Have a Gigabit connection here in my first apartment. ![]()
